If you are unwell please reschedule your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who shows symptoms of cold/flu. If you arrive sick you will be asked to leave and reschedule.

 

For purposes of safety and sanitation, I cannot allow any guests.

 

If you have less than 40% of extensions per eye, the purchase of a full set will be required, if you need a fill appt prior to your scheduled appt, pls contact Lola’s Locks & Lashes to inquire about a sooner appt

 

I cannot guarantee the work of other salons; if you already have eyelash extensions from another provider, there may be additional fees if the lash extensions were not applied correctly and need to be removed. A full set must then be purchased or scheduled for another appt

 

appointments canceled or changed within the 24-hour window will be charged 10% of the appt fee, canceled or no-show will be charged 30% of the appt fee

 

Please refrain from caffeine 3 hrs prior to your appt, it can make your eyes twitchy, this may lead to your appt being canceled due to safety reasons

 

a no-fee touch up or correction can be made within the first 72 hours of the service, no refunds will be offered after that
